5 things that made me smile..last week!

So I'm a little late getting to this but we have been so Busy lately!

5 Things that made me Smile last week!

1. Being Busy Busy Busy!! I love this time of year when there are so many cool things to do!! Last week we had a playdate to collect toys for Tots, a cookie decorating playdate, a "How the Grinch stole Christmas" movie playdate, delivered some Christmas presents, took Cookies up to Tim's office and got all of our Christmas cards mailed out! Plus our Huge Christmas Party!

2. Our GT Moms Christmas Party!! It took a lot of work but it was so much fun! I have such an amazing group of friends! Everyone brought food and helped out in many ways! We had Santa come and pass out toys to the kids which was so cool! I put alot of work into making the house "kid proof" but yet still nice for our party. I think considering we had over 40 people in the house it went really well!!

3. My Christmas Apron! I know it sounds silly but I love my new Christmas apron! It just puts me in the mood to do holiday baking! So of course I had to wear it to host our Christmas Sugar cookie decorating party! I got Gigi's famous sugar cookie recipe and made all the cookies from scratch! I kept some dough out so the kids could roll their own cookies and use the cookie cutters. Then they got to have fun decorating them! It was so much fun and such a big hit! we will be doing this again next year!

4. My amazing Husband! We had such an awesome Santa at our party thanks to Tim! He got me a "happy today", took me to dinner, and let me have an MNO! I love him so much!

5. Friends! This last week just showed me how many wonderful Friends I have. I am so blessed to have such an awesome GT Family!
