Austin loves Grams!

Ok I haven't been the best about keeping up with my blog lately, and Tim was sure to let me know it! It did actually make me happy to know he really does like reading it! So here are our latest updates! On Sat. Grams came for a visit! We had a nice dinner out at Texas Road House, yummy steak! On Sunday we had a lazy day and just hung around the house and watched some football with Daddy. Monday was my second OB appointment, yay! We did another ultrasound and everything looks great! The heart beat was 171 and truely amazing to watch. Grams and Austin went with me to the appointment, and this was the first ultrasound that Grams has been to with me, so that was really special. They did move up my due date a little based on the measurements (wahoo!) The new due date is September 2nd. We also did some shopping at BabiesRus and the Lakeline Mall. Austin got THE cutest little swim suit that I can't wait for him to wear! Mommy and Austin both got a new pair of shoes, and lots of other fun stuff. Austin also got to ride on a boat! He has never really been into any of the little rides in the mall and such, but we finaly got him on one and he loved it! After shopping we had dinner at Macarroni Grill. It has been forever since I've been there and it was so good! When we got home we opened up one of our purchases, Playdoh!! This was Austin's first real experience with Playdoh and at first he wasn't exactly sure what to think. But he got into it and made some fun stuff! His favorite thing to do was say "Uh Oh" whenever we took out a new color, then quickly try to put it all back in the container. LOL! What a great day it was! Tuesday we stayed in most of the day and did stuff around the house, and today Grams had to go home. Austin was VERY upset...lots of crying =( It makes me sad, but its alos kind of neat to see just how much he loves her, and that he realizes that she will be gone for a while. but no worries little Man, Grams will come see us again soon!

Down the slide!

Today was such a pretty day that we just had to get outside! We went to the park this morning to play with our friends. It was a little cold at first, so i'm glad I brought coffee for all the Moms! the kids didn't seem to mind one bit! Austin took off to play on the Dinosaur play scape, which has a slide. He has never gone down a slide on his own, so I really was not expecting to see him come flying down it two seconds later! He had the biggest smile on his face and started laughing! He got down and went right back to climbing up the play scape and down the slide! I was so impressed! Another first today was taking our truck ride on toy that Grandma and Grandpa bought him for Christmas. He just loves that thing and he scooted around on it at the park "beeping" at all the other kids! so cute!

and yes ANOTHER FIRST, is all the new words that he is saying lately! Pee pee and pooh pooh (which i am so excited about since we will be potty training soon), Hello, ready, and bye! This morning i said "are we all ready?" and Austin said READY! and he will tell me "beep beep" to get by me (now you know what i say when someone is in my way haha!) I just love his little voice, its so fun to hear him talk!

My Eggo is Prego!

My Eggo is Prego! Yes, that is a Juno quote lol and yes I'm Pregnant with Baby Number 2!! I'm still in the early weeks and already feeling so tired! Luckily though I haven't felt morning sickness yet..knock on wood! I had my first appointment and we got to do a sonogram which is always cool. My due date is September 10th, which is extra cool because that is my Best Friends/Austin's Godmother's Birthday! It is also my aunts Birthday, so it must be a good day! Tim, Austin and I are so excited to welcome Baby Mo into our family! We will of course be finding out the sex as soon as possible, which should be in late March. I go back in three weeks for another sonogram and will post some pictures then, so look for many more Baby updates to come! =)

OG BABY

On New Years Day Uncle Jeff and Jacquelyn came to visit! It was really nice to visit with them for a few hours, show them our home, and for Austin to get to see them. Austin's favorite thing to do that day was wear Uncle Jeff's sunglasses and hat while listening to Jeff's "gangstah" music LOL! it was pretty funny and cute! Austin also got to open a late Christmas present, some cool new clothes from J&J, which he insisted on putting on right away..he is sporting his new Transformers shirt in the pictures!

Happy 2010!!

My 2010 couldn't have started out better! Tim and I had a very low key evening. Austin went to bed at 8 and we stayed up watching a movie, and then flipping back and forth between Ryan Seacrest and Carson Daily to watch the ball drop. 2 Minutes before midnight I decided I wanted to get Austin up to ring in the new year. I figured he might not be too happy about being woke up, but oh well! I went into his room and he sat up with a big smile on his face. He wrapped his arms around my neck and sat in my lap while we cuddled with Daddy. When the count down reached 0 and the ball dropped we rung in the new year with hugs and kisses! Tim, Austin and I just sat there cuddling as we watched confetti fill Times Square. It was the best way I can think of to celebrate the ending of 2009 and the beginning of 2010. I know 2010 will hold wonderful things for our family! I hope everyone had an amazing New Year's Eve...Happy 2010 From the Molepske's!!
